Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical sales role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including governance, migration, or related platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to influence deals toward closure.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering demos as a strategic tool for sales success.
  • Builder mindset with experience creating scalable systems, workflows, and technical enablement content.
  • AI fluency, with hands-on ability to design workflows and leverage AI tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences, including IT admins, CIOs, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact technical demos and co-close deals, reinforcing value and navigating gaps with product roadmap insight.
  • Build scalable training modules, reusable assets, and AI-powered workflows to enable sales teams and reduce dependency on individual technical specialists.
  • Partner with sales, account management, and product teams to identify trends and provide structured feedback for product roadmap improvements.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing technical enablement of sales representatives, reducing ramp time and improving overall technical confidence.
  • Assist with pre-sales, expansion, and partner-led opportunities, ensuring smooth technical execution across all stages of the deal.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform capabilities, governance, and migration best practices to provide authoritative guidance to customers.
