Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, SaaS solutions, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including areas such as policy management, hotline compliance, and risk management.
- Fluent Spanish language skills (native or near-native proficiency) with strong business-level English communication abilities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Experience working with AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support the sales process by delivering customized demonstrations and solution presentations aligned with client needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical contact for prospective and existing customers throughout the pre-sales journey.
- Conduct market and industry research to stay informed about GRC trends, compliance requirements, and competitive developments.
- Develop compelling responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals while supporting client meetings, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations and solution capabilities.
- Maintain and optimize demonstration environments to effectively showcase platform functionality and business value.
- Analyze client feedback, campaign results, and sales performance metrics to support continuous improvement and product evolution.
- Build strong professional relationships within the industry while contributing to strategic sales growth initiatives.
