Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in product management, operations, CRM, marketing, or a related role within a digital or tech-driven environment.
- Strong passion for sports and solid understanding of major global sporting events and betting dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English (Intermediate level or higher).
- Comfortable working in an agile, data-driven, and highly dynamic product environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the sports betting vertical with a strong focus on user engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
- Plan, design, and execute sportsbook tournaments, seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and special sports events.
- Collaborate with sportsbook providers to optimize odds, data feeds, pricing structures, and overall product delivery quality.
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnerships, and provider agreements to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to develop and launch targeted campaigns aligned with sports events and user segments.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze user behavior and product data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Adapt and localize sportsbook content and campaigns based on regional markets, sporting calendars, and audience preferences.
- Ensure all sportsbook operations and campaigns comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
