Requirements

- Proven experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business process design, organizational change, and governance models.
- Experience working with AI tools or enterprise AI enablement initiatives is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into structured insights and plans.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs within organizations.
- Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving consulting environments.
- Consulting experience and executive-level presence are strong assets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end innovation and AI strategy projects for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Design and facilitate workshops focused on strategy definition, process improvement, and roadmap development.
- Translate business objectives into clear execution plans, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation approaches, and operating standards for AI and digital initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables including strategy presentations, playbooks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Support account planning, business development, and pre-sales activities as needed.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodologies, and best practices across the innovation practice.
- Assist in change enablement efforts to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
