Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with leadership experience managing multi-product SaaS portfolios
- Experience in MarTech, Pharma, or regulated domains preferred
- Proven ownership of portfolio strategy, P&L management, and successful product launches in international markets
- Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Expertise in pricing, ROI, and SaaS metrics
- Expertise across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery
- Experience building and scaling product organizations and mentoring product managers
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Agile mindset
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Manage portfolio composition, including investment, growth, maintenance, or sunset decisions
- Conduct continuous market, competition, and customer analysis
- Identify and validate new product opportunities
- Lead product lifecycle management, from concept and launch to evolution and optimization
- Monitor and optimize product performance metrics including revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention
- Set priorities across products, allocate resources strategically, and balance core versus customer-requested features
- Build and scale the product management function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives
