Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management within visual production, media production, real estate tech, or related environments.
- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience, with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong technical understanding of 3D visualization, rendering pipelines, and production tools used in graphics or VR workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in fast-paced production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and support account success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee project allocation, timelines, and delivery quality to ensure all visual production outputs meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Establish and continuously improve production workflows, including project kickoff, execution, quality assurance, and final delivery processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for graphics production systems, 3D visualization tools, and VR content management workflows.
- Identify and resolve complex production challenges while driving operational consistency across multiple projects and product lines.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Product, Finance, and Client Solutions teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Manage key client relationships by supporting communication, setting expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support billing accuracy and project tracking through timely and precise reporting from project teams.
