Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within software development, SaaS implementation, enterprise technology, or similar complex environments.
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise-scale programs with cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical details for executive and client audiences.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience recovering or stabilizing challenged programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent software implementation programs and strategic initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Manage program health by identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
- Facilitate executive-level communication including status reporting and governance updates.
- Ensure accountability across workstreams while fostering collaboration.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and operational efficiency.
