Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems like Paylocity.
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting audits and compliance reporting.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access for remote work.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce.
- Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Generate and analyze workforce reports regarding turnover, headcount, and productivity.
- Conduct audits and data validation across HRIS and payroll systems.
- Support HR operations for mergers, acquisitions, and system integrations.
- Partner with Finance for payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Coordinate with benefit vendors to resolve enrollment or claims issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee data.
