Requirements
- Experience in a Customer Success role managing a book of business in the healthcare SaaS space.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build/sustain relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Passionate about acute and long-term post-acute care markets.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
- Complete CSM Certification within 12 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and expand client relationships across all organizational levels.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and business success reviews.
- Align client objectives with PointClickCare solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption, retention, and subscription expansion.
- Act as a point of escalation for at-risk accounts and develop save strategies.
- Communicate company vision and value-based recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
