Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Success role managing a book of business in the healthcare SaaS space.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build/sustain relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Passionate about acute and long-term post-acute care markets.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Complete CSM Certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and expand client relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and business success reviews.
  • Align client objectives with PointClickCare solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption, retention, and subscription expansion.
  • Act as a point of escalation for at-risk accounts and develop save strategies.
  • Communicate company vision and value-based recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
