Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
- 1.5+ years of experience with Go
- Experience with production systems and full delivery cycles
- Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs
- Practical experience with SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Experience with legacy code refactoring and stabilization
- Experience writing unit tests
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure including Docker and CI/CD
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Execute feature development according to the roadmap
- Participate in sprint planning and task estimation
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
- Handle production incidents and maintain system stability
- Perform refactoring and architectural improvements
- Implement unit tests to ensure release quality
- Document key technical decisions and share knowledge
