Requirements

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with PDF Editor
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to transcribe information
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Ability to maintain high work product in stressful situations
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets
- Manage high-volume phone calls
- Respond to emails and address internal department queries
- Document issues in Confluence
- Visit court dockets for information on case filing
- Occasionally pull filed papers
