  • Work with clients to gather missing information
  • Sort, organize and create medical document listings
  • Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on location, availability, and guidelines
  • Perform conflict of interest checks for physician assignments
  • Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines
  • Provide frequent updates to clients on cases in progress
