Responsibilities
- Intake new cases and verify information
- Draft cases by entering information into the AccessDS system
- Work with clients to gather missing information
- Sort, organize and create medical document listings
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on location, availability, and guidelines
- Perform conflict of interest checks for physician assignments
- Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines
- Provide frequent updates to clients on cases in progress
