Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, marketing, Knowledge, or business development role.
  • Experience with proposal support and exposure to client engagements.
  • Strong relationships orientation with the ability to earn trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Experience developing executive-ready materials, including proposals, presentations, or client deliverables.
  • Experience supporting growth transformations or change management initiatives in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound professional judgement.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with Dun & Bradstreet Hoovers.
  • Comfort with reporting success metrics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a critical connection point between our internal go-to-market team and our client service team leadership, ensuring successful execution of our overall growth strategy.
  • Advance firmwide change initiatives by building connective tissue across practices and teams, promoting shared language and norms, and supporting the adoption of processes that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and client impact.
  • Serve as the proposal center of excellence, partnering with firm leaders to bring our best materials, surface relevant firm expertise, and guide teams toward the right approach to our biggest proposals.
  • Develop, tailor, and refine high-impact proposals, decks, and RFP responses for our most strategic clients and prospects that are clear, compelling, visually engaging, and aligned with the firm’s value proposition.
  • Analyze business development activity to generate insights on win rates and other key BD metrics, enabling data-informed improvements to the firm’s go-to-market strategy and client engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth research and synthesize insights to enhance existing approaches and cultivate new solutions and thought pieces that address emerging client needs, industry trends, and market challenges.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized library of off-the-shelf qualifications materials and anonymized client presentations.
  • Partner with teams across practices and regions to enable knowledge exchange and enhance business development support.
  • Enhance and standardize our firm’s externally facing brand identity through our materials, events and marketing efforts, and publications.
