Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Amazon.
  • Experience with a major retailer (Brick & Mortar or Online).
  • Experience partnering with Amazon and working with Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
  • Experience with Amazon's advertising portal (budgeting and ad spend).
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Competency in multi-tasking and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or similar industry experience.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities for a client portfolio on Amazon.com.
  • Lead strategy sessions, business reviews, and operations meetings.
  • Develop and execute digital shelf and merchandising strategies.
  • Manage vendor and seller accounts, including catalog and content updates.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and product launches.
  • Analyze reporting and engage the insights team to drive growth.
  • Coordinate task flow among e-commerce team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Amazon support.
  • Work with distributors and 3P logistics providers.
