Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Front-end Developer.
- At least 2+ years in a Lead, Tech Lead, or Staff-level role.
- Deep expertise in Vue.js (Vue 2 & 3, Composition API) and its ecosystem.
- Strong in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with modern Frontend DevOps (Vite, Webpack, CI/CD).
- Solid testing experience with Jest, Vitest, or Cypress.
- Experience building and scaling Micro Frontend Architectures.
- Led performance optimization initiatives.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction of frontend architecture across Vue.js applications.
- Design and evolve micro frontend architecture.
- Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js.
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of frontend engineers.
- Mentor engineers and coach them on technical and career growth.
- Plan and prioritize the team's roadmap.
- Represent the frontend team to senior leadership.
- Drive cross-team alignment with product managers, designers, backend leads, QA, and SRE.
