Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Extensive experience with Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL).
- Proficiency with Redis and Elasticsearch.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently.
- Expertise in time management within a remote, distributed environment.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Write maintainable Node.js code incorporating best practices and design patterns.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Create and review pull requests, providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in design sessions to develop performant and scalable technical solutions.
- Innovate on internal processes, tools, and technology selections.
- Collaborate regularly with intercontinental teammates in a self-directed team environment.
