Responsibilities
- Provide personalized leadership and coaching to Associate Directors.
- Assess and analyze coach and student data to identify program-wide patterns.
- Design and maintain the performance support framework for the Program team.
- Lead change management processes when models or tools evolve.
- Oversee program model implementation fidelity and quality assurance.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to advance AI-integrated coaching.
- Manage project execution from vision to completion across teams.
- Represent the Program team to external stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Oversee program operations including hiring, onboarding, and training.
