Requirements
- At least 2 cycles experience with Organizing Tools such as VAN, PDI, BigQuery as well as texting, dialer and relational tools
- Intermediate experience with languages and data tools like SQL, Python, and BigQuery
- Experience managing large datasets and writing automations
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects concurrently and to prioritize work effectively
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience working across departments to develop data-driven solutions
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the campaign database, tracking data from across multiple platforms
- Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, BigQuery and other data management tools
- Assist with the creation of universes, track program progress, lead reporting and analysis
- Build and maintain automated and ad-hoc reports to evaluate organizing, volunteer recruitment, and voter contact programs
- Ensure data quality, maintain pipelines, and troubleshoot issues to guarantee smooth operations across programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and National Organizing Director
