- Strong program management and operational instincts.
- Experience defining success metrics and launch readiness criteria.
- Demonstrated documentation discipline (SOPs, runbooks).
- Technical fluency for coordination with Product and Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with project management tooling like Notion or Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake and scoping for new VPP programs.
- Define success metrics, tracking frameworks, and performance baselines.
- Document program architecture, including SOPs and runbooks.
- Drive implementation readiness across commercial and technical teams.
- Manage program lifecycle from intake through testing and go-live.
- Facilitate formal launch reviews and executive-ready summaries.
- Define handoff criteria from launch to steady state.
- Train client-facing teams on new program processes.
