Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles (Full-stack, Back-end, Front-end, or Platform engineering).
- 2+ years of experience in leadership roles managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced English proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
- Mastery of software engineering fundamentals (system design, architecture, SDLC).
- Proven track record of execution in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management expertise (agile, resource planning, risk mitigation).
- Experience in mentoring and coaching technical talent.
- Strategic problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own core CoE processes, including recruitment, placement, onboarding, and structured career growth initiatives.
- Proactively design and implement scalable process improvements.
- Coach and mentor Engineering Leads and engineers.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across software projects and client engagements.
- Resolve client escalations related to performance and account relationships.
- Foster a culture of engineering rigor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and manage dependencies.
- Manage complex software projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor and optimize key CoE metrics.
- Support the People team with performance reviews and leadership readiness.
