Requirements
- 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounts administration experience
- Proficiency with Xero (bank reconciliations, invoicing, journals, reporting)
- Strong accounts receivable and collections experience
- Solid month-end close experience (accruals, prepayments)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Experience in multi-entity environments
- Self-managing and organized
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Execute month-end manual journals and close processes
- Manage accounts receivable and perform collections
- Improve financial accuracy and cash flow
- Own day-to-day accounts support for UAE and Singapore entities
- Collaborate with team members and report to Chief of Staff
