Job Details

5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, content strategy, information architecture, taxonomy design, localization, or related system-level content work.
Proven experience building or maintaining classification systems, controlled vocabularies, glossaries, canonical term databases, or structured content models.
Deep understanding of localization, including translation workflows, string management, variable structures, and internationalization constraints.
Experience with design tools such as Figma.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Ditto, Frontitude, Supernova, headless CMS).
Experience with localization/translation management systems (e.g., Phrase, Lokalise).
Native English speaker.
Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time zone.

Architect and evolve our classification systems, defining how activities, plans, and benefits are grouped across the product.
Design grouping logic that powers search results, activity lists, filters, app descriptions, and indexing systems.
Establish and govern our terminology system, creating a single source of truth for business-critical terms.
Design a taxonomy that works globally while adapting locally.
Own the localization-ready content framework, ensuring English source copy is culturally neutral and structurally resilient.
Anticipate and solve interface adaptability challenges.
Define scalable messaging architecture frameworks.
Partner with Localization, Design, and Engineering to transform manual workflows into scalable, content-as-code systems.
Document and standardize content patterns across teams.
Connect content architecture initiatives to company OKRs.
