Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM and agentic systems, including enterprise AI platforms.
- Deep understanding of OAuth, service identities, RBAC/ABAC, and secrets management.
- Expertise in designing integrations across enterprise APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to balance speed, reliability, and governance in platform development.
- Strong communication skills for simplifying technical tradeoffs to business and security stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Claude Code, MCP, or similar gateway technologies.
- Familiarity with workflow platforms such as n8n or Workato.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the architecture for internal AI platform, LLM deployments, and orchestration patterns.
- Establish identity and access models for AI systems, including audit logging and token governance.
- Build safe, reusable sandbox environments and self-service patterns for AI experimentation.
- Design secure integrations between AI tooling and enterprise platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
- Partner with AI Security to implement secrets management, prompt-injection defenses, and compliance controls.
- Support AI-accelerated development by building infrastructure and secure DevOps pipelines.
- Track metrics related to platform availability, adoption, cost efficiency, and business impact.
