Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on lifecycle / CRM / email marketing experience at a consumer brand.
- Deep, in-the-tool fluency with at least one major ESP (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo).
- Strong execution chops with proven ability to ship clean, timely campaigns.
- Copywriting ability to create engaging subject lines and body copy.
- Detail-obsessed with a strong focus on QA processes.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.
- Willingness to learn SQL.
- Fintech, e-commerce, or subscription experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app.
- Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns.
- Configure and launch A/B tests against hypotheses; summarize learnings.
- Own the lifecycle calendar and prevent collisions.
- QA every campaign before send for rendering, links, and logic.
- Build and maintain audience segments in Iterable using data from Snowflake.
- Pull weekly campaign performance reports and flag anomalies.
- Partner with Design, Growth Analytics, and MarTech on creative and data.
- Use AI tools to accelerate copy drafts and variant generation.
