Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Expertise with LLM APIs, LangGraph, and agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with LLM evaluation techniques and automated eval pipelines.
- Systems integration experience including REST APIs and SQL.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
- Strong product mindset and ability to present trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Experience building and maintaining clean, well-tested code.
Responsibilities
- Ship production-grade AI agents and automation workflows for cross-functional orgs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design performant agentic architectures.
- Prototype and deploy end-to-end solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and RAG.
- Build and maintain integrations between SaaS stacks and custom AI services.
- Educate internal partners on AI-first mindsets.
- Instrument monitoring and guardrails to ensure security and compliance.
- Design and run evaluation frameworks for agent reliability.
- Lead discovery sessions to surface requirements and define technical scopes.
- Create reusable playbooks and architecture documentation.
