Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 to 10 years experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Experience in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Experience managing large, complex IT projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Azure DevOps, and OnePlan.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Ability to assess risk, manage scope, and identify necessary change orders.
- Ability to present project vision, roadmap, and status reports to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage major IT projects including Office 365, Azure, Data/AI, and D365 implementations.
- Lead diverse technical teams including engineers, architects, and cloud strategists.
- Create and control project schedules and workstream alignment.
- Develop and implement risk assessment, quality assurance, and control measures.
- Maintain program-level budgets across multiple SOWs.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements and address challenges.
- Identify and manage project ambiguity and develop 'what-if' scenarios.
- Review customer invoices and support accounting processes.
