Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to interpret data and identify insights
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Interest in healthcare, mental health, or B2B marketing
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing strategy, including evaluating campaign performance, marketing offers, and lead generation initiatives
- Analyze marketing, sales, and CRM data to identify trends in customer behavior, buying patterns, and successful deal attributes
- Support marketing operations initiatives including organizing and optimizing HubSpot workflows, assets, and processes
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to evaluate positioning, messaging, and differentiation within key target markets
- Develop insights and recommendations that inform marketing strategy, targeting, messaging, and account-based marketing initiatives
- Create presentations and reports summarizing findings, insights, and strategic recommendations for marketing leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and process improvements
- Research and build data analysis frameworks for evaluating creative ad performance at scale
- Identify areas to incorporate AI tools/agents to streamline campaign processes and analysis
- Assist across robust incrementality and paid media measurement projects
