Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably within healthcare or global sourcing environments.
Strong exposure to supplier management, new product development, and category management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations in a global or matrix environment.
Strong vendor management skills with proven ability to evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier performance.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract compliance, and cost optimization strategies.
Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Lead procurement and category-level sourcing initiatives while ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery objectives across product lines.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and vendors to support new product development, redesign initiatives, and cost optimization efforts.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor contract compliance, and lead supplier performance evaluations through scorecards and ongoing reviews.
Identify sourcing risks and implement mitigation strategies while continuously improving supplier base competitiveness.
Drive cross-functional project execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination across stakeholders.
Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance procurement outcomes.
Contribute to vendor development and identify opportunities for expanding or strengthening the supplier ecosystem.
