Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably within healthcare or global sourcing environments.
- Strong exposure to supplier management, new product development, and category management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations in a global or matrix environment.
- Strong vendor management skills with proven ability to evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier performance.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract compliance, and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and category-level sourcing initiatives while ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery objectives across product lines.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and vendors to support new product development, redesign initiatives, and cost optimization efforts.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor contract compliance, and lead supplier performance evaluations through scorecards and ongoing reviews.
- Identify sourcing risks and implement mitigation strategies while continuously improving supplier base competitiveness.
- Drive cross-functional project execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination across stakeholders.
- Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance procurement outcomes.
- Contribute to vendor development and identify opportunities for expanding or strengthening the supplier ecosystem.
