Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction materials, or B2B industrial products is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pricing, order, and service-related issues effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts to drive revenue and long-term business growth.
- Prospect and engage new customers through phone, email, CRM tools, and digital outreach channels.
- Support outside sales teams in achieving territory targets and closing both transactional and strategic opportunities.
- Manage quotes, follow-ups, pipeline activity, and forecasting to ensure accurate sales planning and reporting.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product and solution offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, pricing, and product specialists.
- Resolve order, pricing, and delivery issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in ongoing training initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to performance tracking and pipeline visibility.
