Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or similar roles supporting digital products.
- Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile analytics concepts including funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation.
- Experience working in agile product environments alongside product, engineering, and design teams.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product optimization methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketplace products is highly preferred.
- Understanding of large-scale data environments, data warehouses, and governance practices is a plus.
- Experience with marketing measurement approaches such as attribution modeling or lift analysis is beneficial.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the embedded analytics partner for product teams, supporting web and mobile customer experiences with data-driven insights.
- Define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks aligned with product and business objectives.
- Design, build, and automate dashboards and reporting tools to track product performance and user behavior.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
- Perform cohort, funnel, and behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer experience improvements.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product strategy and prioritization.
- Develop deep expertise in customer journeys including browsing, personalization, cart, checkout, and conversion flows.
- Act as a data advisor, promoting analytics best practices and improving data literacy across product teams.
- Support mentoring of junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics standards and storytelling practices.
