Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or similar roles supporting digital products.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
  • Deep understanding of web and mobile analytics concepts including funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Experience working in agile product environments alongside product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Strong ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketplace products is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of large-scale data environments, data warehouses, and governance practices is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing measurement approaches such as attribution modeling or lift analysis is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the embedded analytics partner for product teams, supporting web and mobile customer experiences with data-driven insights.
  • Define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks aligned with product and business objectives.
  • Design, build, and automate dashboards and reporting tools to track product performance and user behavior.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
  • Perform cohort, funnel, and behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer experience improvements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product strategy and prioritization.
  • Develop deep expertise in customer journeys including browsing, personalization, cart, checkout, and conversion flows.
  • Act as a data advisor, promoting analytics best practices and improving data literacy across product teams.
  • Support mentoring of junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics standards and storytelling practices.
