Job Details

5+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or product development within insurance, financial services, consulting, or related industries
Strong background in property and casualty insurance, including pricing, underwriting, and regulatory understanding
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
Experience working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear business insights
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Insurance or actuarial certifications (e.g., ACAS, FCAS, CPCU, ARM) are a plus

Monitor, analyze, and audit product performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in assigned markets and product lines
Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from defining objectives and methodologies to delivering insights and recommendations
Evaluate and compare rating models and pricing approaches to assess accuracy, segmentation, and profitability outcomes
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and support strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analysis needs, business objectives, and data requirements
Support forecasting, business planning, and product strategy development through advanced analytical modeling and data interpretation
Mentor and guide less experienced analysts while contributing to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and methodologies
