Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or product development within insurance, financial services, consulting, or related industries
- Strong background in property and casualty insurance, including pricing, underwriting, and regulatory understanding
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
- Experience working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear business insights
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Insurance or actuarial certifications (e.g., ACAS, FCAS, CPCU, ARM) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and audit product performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in assigned markets and product lines
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from defining objectives and methodologies to delivering insights and recommendations
- Evaluate and compare rating models and pricing approaches to assess accuracy, segmentation, and profitability outcomes
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analysis needs, business objectives, and data requirements
- Support forecasting, business planning, and product strategy development through advanced analytical modeling and data interpretation
- Mentor and guide less experienced analysts while contributing to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and methodologies
