Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX analytics, product analytics, or a related data-focused role.
- 1–2 years working with conversational AI, chatbot, or voice AI products.
- Experience analyzing conversational data (transcripts, intent recognition, sentiment).
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Solid SQL skills for querying conversation logs.
- Python or R experience is a plus.
- Understanding of UX research methodologies (usability testing, journey mapping).
- Familiarity with NLU concepts (intents, entities, dialogue management).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the measurement framework for conversational AI products.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze conversation transcripts and interaction data to identify friction points.
- Partner with AI, product, and UX teams to define success metrics and optimize customer journeys.
- Conduct mixed-methods research combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Support A/B testing initiatives for conversational experiences.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on event tracking and data governance.
- Monitor post-launch performance and identify model drift.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in conversational AI and NLP evaluation.
