Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis, healthcare technology, systems integration, or related environments.
  • Strong experience with system integrations, API workflows, data mapping, and cross-platform solution implementation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, risk adjustment methodologies, and healthcare technology environments is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, and basic SQL for documentation and requirements management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to healthcare risk adjustment workflows, integrations, and operational processes.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for technical development teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional meetings to identify integration dependencies, workflow improvements, and system requirements.
  • Coordinate collaboration between product, engineering, legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment.
  • Support project planning, implementation activities, testing coordination, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions and system functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation including traceability matrices, change management records, workflow diagrams, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze healthcare data structures, workflows, and integration touchpoints to support scalable and compliant technology solutions.
  • Monitor evolving business requirements, regulatory considerations, and operational priorities while helping teams adapt to changing project needs.
