Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Experience developing software that interfaces with physical hardware, test equipment, or automation systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and CAN.
  • Experience with SQL, XML, and object-oriented design principles.
  • Familiarity with UI development (e.g., WPF or similar frameworks) is a plus.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, test automation, or regulated environments (medical devices, ISO 13485, FDA) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based development and scalable systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing test and calibration software using C#, C++, and related object-oriented technologies.
  • Build and improve test automation frameworks, hardware-in-the-loop systems, and production validation tools.
  • Debug and resolve manufacturing software and firmware issues across contract manufacturing sites, performing root cause analysis and improving yield performance.
  • Contribute to system architecture for next-generation manufacturing software, including UI, backend logic, data acquisition, and hardware interfacing.
  • Develop scalable solutions for production environments, ensuring seamless integration with diagnostic hardware systems.
  • Collaborate with verification, SQA, and engineering teams to define and execute validation strategies and test methods.
  • Support manufacturing operations by maintaining performance, reliability, and compliance standards across software systems.
