- Minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations in large-scale environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business goals.
- Solid expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing IT budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and execute the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a major SAP S/4 implementation.
- Oversee IT infrastructure reliability, scalability, and continuous optimization.
- Drive cybersecurity strategy, including risk assessments and incident response.
- Manage IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies for operational performance.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and performance management.
- Establish IT governance, policies, and KPIs.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
