Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and evolution of scalable design systems aligned with accessibility standards.
- Design high-quality user interfaces focused on usability, clarity, and inclusive experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand teams.
- Develop prototypes, interaction flows, and visual concepts using Figma.
- Conduct design QA and support implementation processes.
- Participate in usability testing and refine interfaces based on user feedback.
- Establish visual standards and interactive patterns.
