Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally targeting RIAs, broker-dealers, or fintech audiences
  • Strong understanding of financial advisor psychology, decision-making processes, and sales cycles
  • Proven experience building and scaling performance marketing programs tied directly to pipeline and revenue
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing including paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, outbound, and events
  • Experience owning webinar or virtual event programs that generate measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and experimentation
  • High-agency operator comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Systems thinker with a track record of building scalable, repeatable marketing processes

Responsibilities

  • Own advisor pipeline growth targets and ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue outcomes
  • Develop and refine ICP segmentation across RIAs, broker-dealers, and hybrid financial advisors
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to advisor audiences and buying behaviors
  • Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, LinkedIn, outbound, and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead end-to-end webinar and virtual event strategy, including co-hosted programs and post-event conversion optimization
  • Build and scale co-marketing and strategic partnership initiatives to expand advisor reach
  • Partner closely with PR and sales teams to amplify customer success stories and improve conversion efficiency
  • Collaborate with GTM engineering to automate workflows and implement AI-driven marketing systems
  • Improve funnel performance across MQL, SQL, and revenue conversion through structured experimentation and optimization
