Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable

Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor management, invoice entry, and 1099 reporting.
Manage the employee expense reporting process using Chrome River.
Assist with monthly close procedures, including preparing journal entries and accruals.
Prepare account reconciliations and supporting subledgers for cash, liabilities, fixed assets, and payroll.
Support the accounts receivable process, including customer setup, invoicing, and cash application.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly operating results and budget-to-actual variances.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on audits, acquisitions, and ad hoc reporting.
