  • 1+ years of experience in Health Care (preferred).
  • Previous call center experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EHR (preferred).
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics.
  • Schedule patients for medical office, testing, and radiology appointments.
  • Perform new patient registration and input demographic and insurance information.
  • Work with online scheduling systems and EHR platforms.
  • Verify patient data and insurance information for accurate billing.
  • Collect patient payments based on standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain individual and departmental metrics and KPIs.
  • Follow federal and state laws regarding patient records and privacy.
