- 1+ years of experience in Health Care (preferred).
- Previous call center experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of EHR (preferred).
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics.
- Schedule patients for medical office, testing, and radiology appointments.
- Perform new patient registration and input demographic and insurance information.
- Work with online scheduling systems and EHR platforms.
- Verify patient data and insurance information for accurate billing.
- Collect patient payments based on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain individual and departmental metrics and KPIs.
- Follow federal and state laws regarding patient records and privacy.
