Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise software adoption.
- 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role managing cross-functional programs.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML tools.
- Proven track record of designing and executing large-scale change management programs.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building business cases and measuring ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the enterprise AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across procurement, operations, sales, customer service, and finance.
- Serve as the primary internal authority on enterprise AI tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Design and execute enterprise-wide change management programs to drive AI adoption.
- Develop training curriculum and role-based enablement programs to upskill employees.
- Partner with HR to embed AI competency into hiring, onboarding, and performance frameworks.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption and report to C-suite/Board.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI program managers, analysts, and change agents.
