Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in complex B2B services environments.
  • Direct experience selling facility services, real estate services, or outsourced operations to multi-site clients.
  • Proven track record of closing large, multi-location contracts (often $5M+ annually).
  • Deep experience in solution-based selling.
  • Strong financial acumen (pricing strategy, contract structuring, margin management).
  • Experience working with hybrid delivery models (self-perform and vendor networks).
  • Leadership experience in coaching and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to translate operational complexity into scalable service models.
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, operations, and delivery functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise-level sales for integrated, multi-site facility services solutions.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies targeting clients with distributed footprints.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of large, complex, multi-location opportunities.
  • Lead consultative solutioning to translate operational needs into scalable service models.
  • Structure and lead complex contract negotiations, including SLAs, KPIs, and pricing models.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and service delivery teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of business development professionals.
  • Maintain pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance.
  • Engage through implementation and transition phases for large multi-site contracts.
