Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in complex B2B services environments.
- Direct experience selling facility services, real estate services, or outsourced operations to multi-site clients.
- Proven track record of closing large, multi-location contracts (often $5M+ annually).
- Deep experience in solution-based selling.
- Strong financial acumen (pricing strategy, contract structuring, margin management).
- Experience working with hybrid delivery models (self-perform and vendor networks).
- Leadership experience in coaching and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to translate operational complexity into scalable service models.
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, operations, and delivery functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise-level sales for integrated, multi-site facility services solutions.
- Develop and execute growth strategies targeting clients with distributed footprints.
- Build and manage a pipeline of large, complex, multi-location opportunities.
- Lead consultative solutioning to translate operational needs into scalable service models.
- Structure and lead complex contract negotiations, including SLAs, KPIs, and pricing models.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and service delivery teams.
- Lead and develop a team of business development professionals.
- Maintain pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance.
- Engage through implementation and transition phases for large multi-site contracts.
