  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred
  • 10+ years of payer contracting, managed care, or healthcare strategy experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing multi-market teams
  • Experience in oncology or specialty physician network contracting
  • Deep familiarity with payer negotiation dynamics (commercial and Medicare Advantage)
  • Experience with contracting platforms such as Evisort
  • Experience with benchmarking tools such as Turquoise Health
  • Proven ability to scale operations across multi-state provider organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of payer contracting across all AON markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the national payer contracting team.
  • Own and optimize end-to-end contracting-credentialing workflows.
  • Drive operational adoption and optimization of Evisort, Turquoise Health, and SharePoint.
  • Operationalize enterprise payer strategy into actionable execution plans.
  • Serve as the execution counterpart to the CSIO.
  • Establish national standards for contracting workflows and deliverables.
