Requirements

- Bilingual
- Training or certification in evidence-based trauma modalities
- Experience with clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet
- Comfort with telemedicine and remote service delivery
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma, etc.) in individual and group settings
- Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Conduct crisis interventions based on safety plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide case management services for recovery support
- Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development
