Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience with clinical best practices such as measurement-based care.
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of 30 bookable spots per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to monitor outcomes.
- Deliver culturally responsive care.
- Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Participate in robust training to enhance clinical skills.
- Manage risk and respond to clinical crises.
