Requirements
- Independent license (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT) preferred.
- MSW degree required.
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Experience with behavioral health assessments and admissions.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Access to reliable technology for telehealth services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients upon admission and build rapport.
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, and adults.
- Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) care.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
- Document client information in electronic medical records per regulatory standards.
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules.
- Interface with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate intake.
- Collaborate with external referral sources and providers.
