Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and managing partnerships with at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), preferably within Japan
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS GTM, alliances, or channel roles
  • Deep understanding of the Japan CSP ecosystem, marketplace programs, and co-sell motions
  • Experience working within the Japanese business culture
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace constructs (CPPO, DSOR, DCPO, Private Offers, reseller models)
  • Fluent Japanese (business-level) and professional English communication skills
  • Strong CRM hygiene (SFDC) and CSP pipeline management experience
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Strong executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Japan CSP business plan across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Japan-based CSP stakeholders
  • Align with Wiz Japan Sales and Channel leadership to drive co-sell pipeline creation
  • Develop and execute a Japan marketplace strategy including CPPO, MPO, and MACC alignment
  • Lead account-based co-sell strategy and deliver 'better together' narratives in Japanese
  • Collaborate with Japan Channel and Distribution partners for triparty demand generation
  • Support and represent Wiz at strategic and local CSP field events across Japan
