Requirements
- Current Workday Partner PM/EM Certification
- 3+ years experience project managing Workday HCM, payroll or financial implementations
- Consulting experience with a consulting or software company
- Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Services procurement
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Business development skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of 2+ simultaneous projects
- Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
- Identify and resolve issues impacting project scope or time frames
- Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices
- Present at Executive and Project Team levels
- Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements and formulate proposals
- Maintain ongoing client satisfaction
