Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least two years of professional work experience or internships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of donor data.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donor inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage the production and distribution of donor acknowledgments, tribute notifications, and pledge reminders.
- Accurately process incoming donations across multiple channels (checks, wires, stock, online, donor-advised funds).
- Partner with the Finance team to reconcile donations and ensure accurate coding and reporting.
- Manage donor records in Salesforce, including gift entry and profile updates.
- Run regular reports to track campaign and donor activity and perform data audits.
- Provide backend logistics and data support for Advancement events and webinars.
