Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience working on highly technical products.
- Proven experience shipping developer tools, infrastructure products, or AI-powered technical systems.
- Strong technical depth in architecture tradeoffs and system design.
- Systems thinking ability to improve complex interacting components.
- Track record of driving strategy and execution across ambiguous product areas.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the developer platform strategy for Figma Make (code generation, execution, deployment).
- Create and execute agent infrastructure and eval system strategies.
- Translate AI agent roadmaps into platform requirements.
- Lead technical decision-making on code generation, execution environments, and deployments.
- Balance rapid feature velocity with long-term platform health.
- Engage with developers and technical customers for strategy alignment.
- Ship zero-to-one platform capabilities for GA milestones.
