Requirements

- Deep understanding of modern coding tools, specifically Claude Code
- Proficiency in AI-driven development workflows and prompt engineering
- Strong systems thinking and architectural awareness
- Ability to decompose complex engineering work into tasks for AI
- Recent experience shipping projects using AI coding tools in the last 90 days
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with GCP and cloud infrastructure
- API design skills (REST/GraphQL)
Responsibilities
- Own and lead product features end-to-end
- Lead and shape engineering architecture
- Mentor and guide other engineers in adopting AI-native workflows
- Talk directly to customers and translate vague requirements
- Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GCP
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Drive architectural decisions to maximize AI-assisted development velocity
